Nicole Tien

MS PA-C

Born and raised in Texas, she completed her bachelor's degree in Health Studies and Biology at Texas Woman's University and her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at The University of Texas Medical Branch.

Nicole strives to create a safe and comforting environment where patients feel valued, heard, and understood. She diagnoses and treats the full spectrum of skin conditions—from acne, eczema, and psoriasis to skin cancer screenings and complex dermatologic concerns. She also offers cosmetic treatments, including Botox and laser procedures such as VBeam, to help patients feel more confident in their skin. Her approach to care is centered on listening, educating, and partnering with each patient to create treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

To provide the highest quality care, she stays actively engaged with the latest dermatology research and clinical literature, ensuring her treatments reflect the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices. Nicole is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant (SDPA), American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), and the California Dermatology Physician Assistant Society (CDPAS). She has also completed a Dermatology Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant (SDPA).
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys cooking, traveling with her husband, hiking, playing soccer, and spending time outdoors— and she always remembers to bring her sunscreen!
